The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Results from tools may contain errors and must be independently verified.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pump System Design and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, equipment or property, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design and tools belong to Pump System Design or its licensors. You may use them for your own work and learning, but you may not copy, resell or republish them without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access parts of it that are not public.
Paid products
Courses and paid tools, when available, may have additional terms that will be shown at purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.
